Features and assistance

The Website uses labeled forms, keyboard focus indicators, descriptive image text, readable page structure, a skip link and reduced-motion support. Legal pages do not depend on the animated background or the countdown. Contact/privacy and unsubscribe forms can be submitted without JavaScript and without a visual CAPTCHA.

Known limitation: signup CAPTCHA

The standard updates signup uses an image CAPTCHA and does not currently provide an equivalent audio challenge. If it prevents signup, choose “Assistance with the signup CAPTCHA” in the contact form. That request is reviewed separately and does not itself subscribe you; any assisted signup still requires your express marketing choice.

Report a barrier

Select “Accessibility assistance” in the contact form, identify the page or task and, if helpful, the browser or assistive technology involved. You need not disclose a diagnosis. We will review the barrier and seek a practical alternative. The form is not an emergency channel.

Legal rights

Nothing in this statement limits rights under applicable disability or consumer law. Relevant frameworks may include the Americans with Disabilities Act and Australian Disability Discrimination Act, depending on their application to the business.
