ZF10 INVESTMENT CORPORATION
Privacy Notice
Effective October 26, 2026
ZF10 Investment Corporation operates this Website and is responsible for the personal information it collects through it. This notice covers this company-information website and its forms; it does not describe a healthcare practice, legal practice, patient portal or separate affiliate’s services. Contact ZF10 using the website request form.
1. Notice at collection
Providing an email address for updates or a request is voluntary. Without it we cannot register the signup or respond by email, but you can still browse. We collect information directly from you and technical information from your browser and hosting infrastructure. We do not request health information, legal case files, government identifiers, financial-account details or precise location. Please do not submit them.
| Category | Purpose | Retention approach |
|---|---|---|
| Email address, signup time, consent wording/version and subscription status | Record your choice and provide requested ZF10 updates | While needed for the subscription; consent and opt-out records as reasonably needed to honor choices and document compliance |
| Request email, selected topic, optional message, reference and timestamps | Respond to inquiries, accessibility needs, privacy rights and complaints | As needed to resolve the request and maintain required records; subject to periodic review and legal preservation obligations |
| Security identifiers, CAPTCHA checks and an IP-derived rate-limit identifier | Prevent abuse and protect forms | Short validity periods; expired security records are cleared during later security activity |
| Network and device data processed by hosting providers, such as IP address, browser and request logs | Deliver, secure and troubleshoot the Website | Under the relevant hosting service’s operational and security retention arrangements |
We do not sell Website personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Website does not use personal information for eligibility decisions, automated medical/legal assessments or advertising profiles.
2. Uses and disclosures
We use the information for the purposes above, to honor your choices, comply with legal obligations and address security incidents or disputes. Requested news may concern ZF10 and its related companies and affiliates. Affiliation alone does not authorize unrelated marketing or a new use of your information.
Access may be provided to ZF10 personnel and affiliates assisting with these purposes, and to hosting, security and communications providers acting for these operations. The Website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Necessary provider processing is different from selling information or giving outside agencies a list for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect lawful rights, or to advisers subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. We do not authorize independent third-party advertising through this Website.
3. Cookies and browser signals
The Website uses a short-lived security cookie for the signup CAPTCHA. We have not installed advertising trackers, analytics pixels or session-replay tools in the Website code. See the Cookie Notice for the cookie’s purpose and duration. Our no-sale/no-advertising-sharing practice applies to all visitors, including those using Global Privacy Control (GPC). A legacy Do Not Track signal does not change essential security processing. We do not permit third parties to track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising through embedded Website code.
4. International processing
The Website uses international hosting providers, including OpenAI and Cloudflare, whose operations include the United States and Australia. Information may be processed outside your state or country through their global infrastructure; we do not promise that data stays in Australia or any single jurisdiction. Contact us for information about the processing locations relevant to your request. Where cross-border privacy obligations apply, we remain responsible for meeting them; this notice does not ask you to waive safeguards or consent to a transfer without legally required information.
5. Retention and protection
We keep information only for the disclosed purpose and applicable legal, security, dispute-resolution and recordkeeping needs. We review records for deletion or de-identification when no longer needed. Limited consent and suppression records may remain after unsubscribe or a deletion request to document compliance and prevent unwanted marketing. Request records required by applicable California regulations may need to be retained for at least 24 months.
Technical measures include HTTPS, access restrictions on the site database, protected security cookies and controls against automated abuse. No internet service can promise absolute security. We will assess incidents and provide notices when required by applicable law. This statement is not a certification of security or a waiver of your remedies.
6. Choices available to every visitor
Use Your Privacy Choices to request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information, raise a complaint, or ask about disclosure. Use Unsubscribe to stop updates. Requests do not require an account, marketing consent or payment. We may need proportionate identity or authority verification before releasing, changing or deleting personal information; we do not require that verification merely to unsubscribe. Requests can be made by authorized representatives, subject to appropriate authority checks. We will explain any lawful refusal or limitation, and will not penalize you for exercising applicable rights.
7. California
This notice provides the Website disclosures contemplated by the California Online Privacy Protection Act. If the CCPA applies to ZF10 and your information, your statutory rights may include knowing/accessing information, correction, deletion, opting out of sale or advertising sharing, limiting certain sensitive-information uses, and nondiscrimination, subject to statutory exceptions. We do not sell or share Website information for cross-context behavioral advertising, including information about people under 16, and do not use requested sensitive information for profiling.
For covered CCPA access, correction and deletion requests, we will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, or explain any legally permitted extension. Requests about direct-marketing disclosures under California’s Shine the Light law can be made through the same form. Rights and applicability depend on the law; the form is available regardless of whether ZF10 meets a statutory business threshold.
Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22575; Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100–1798.199.100.
8. New York
New York visitors may use the same choices and complaint process. We will apply New York security and breach-notification duties where applicable. This notice does not limit protections against unlawful business practices or any available complaint or remedy.
9. Australia
Where the Australian Privacy Act applies, you may seek access to and correction of personal information and complain about its handling. Use the request form so we can investigate and respond. We aim to respond to privacy complaints within 30 days; if dissatisfied or a complaint remains unanswered after a reasonable period, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We will comply with applicable Australian Privacy Principles and other mandatory rights; this notice does not claim an exemption solely because the Website is informational.
10. Children, changes and contact
The Website and updates list are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian can request removal of information submitted by a child through Contact. Please do not include sensitive documents with that initial request.
We will post changes with an updated effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website or otherwise communicated as appropriate, and we will obtain new consent when required before using information for an incompatible purpose. Existing consent does not automatically expand with this notice.
