ZF10 INVESTMENT CORPORATION
Terms & Conditions
Effective October 26, 2026
These Terms apply to zackaryforrest.com and its pages (the “Website”), operated by ZF10 Investment Corporation (“ZF10,” “we,” “us”). They describe the Website’s purpose and permitted use. Any contractual provision applies only to the extent valid assent and applicable law make it enforceable. Privacy requests and unsubscribe choices are available without agreeing to a waiver of your rights.
1. Informational website
The Website presents company announcements, a founder biography and an optional email-updates signup. It does not sell products, accept payments, book appointments or engage professional services. Future launch dates and plans describe intentions and may change; they are not promises that a service, investment opportunity or particular outcome will be available.
2. No legal, medical or investment services
ZF10 Investment Corporation provides company information and updates through this website. This website does not provide legal advice, legal representation, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or other medical services.
No attorney–client, clinician–patient, fiduciary or investment-advisory relationship arises from browsing, subscribing or contacting us. We do not undertake to protect legal deadlines, review a case, assess symptoms or monitor emergencies. Obtain advice from an appropriately licensed professional. Company and investment-related references are not an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to buy securities, or personalized financial, tax or investment advice. See the Professional Disclaimer.
3. Use and eligibility
The updates list is intended for people aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. You may read and share links to public content. Do not interfere with security, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, harvest subscribers’ information or use the forms to transmit unlawful material. These rules do not restrict lawful reporting, protected criticism, accessibility tools or rights granted by law.
4. Email updates and privacy
Signup is voluntary and requires an affirmative marketing choice. You can unsubscribe without a fee or account. Submitting a privacy or accessibility request does not enroll you in marketing. The Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice describe information handling; they are notices, not consent to unrelated processing or waivers of statutory rights.
5. Content and third parties
ZF10 or its licensors retain rights in their original text, photographs, logos and design. You may use public content for lawful personal reference, quotation and other uses permitted by law. No term restricts fair use, fair dealing or other nonwaivable exceptions. Third-party names, publications, professional societies and prior employers are identified for biographical context; their mention does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or a current affiliation. External websites are responsible for their own content and practices.
6. Accuracy, availability and liability
We seek to keep information accurate, but the Website may contain errors or become unavailable. Please report material corrections through Contact. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that general information is suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Consumer rights remain intact
Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies mandatory rights, guarantees, remedies or regulatory complaint rights under applicable New York, California, Australian or other law. This includes nonexcludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. No forced arbitration, class-action waiver or shortened statutory claim period is imposed by these Terms. A statement that a separate professional relationship is not created does not remove any duty that the law independently imposes.
Relevant consumer protections include N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law § 349 and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) sch 2 (Australian Consumer Law).
8. Governing law, changes and contact
To the extent a governing-law provision is enforceable, New York law governs these Terms, without displacing mandatory protections or access to courts and regulators in your jurisdiction. Changes will be dated on this page and apply prospectively; material changes requiring assent or consent will not take effect merely because we publish them. If a provision is invalid, the remainder applies only to the extent lawful. Send policy questions through Contact.
